Pet sitting cancellation policy (non-holiday):
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice from the first scheduled
visit will result in you being billed for the full invoice. A cancellation with
less than 3 days’ notice will result in a $25 charge.
Holiday pet sitting
cancellation policy: Any cancellations with
less than 7 days’ notice from the first scheduled visit for trips during a
major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas day, New Year’s eve, New
Year’s day) will result in you being billed 50% of the total invoice. A
cancellation less than 3 days’ notice will result in you being billed for the
full invoice.
